MultiFlex RMS is optimized to issue, redeem and track gift card balances all within the program. This feature is included in your MultiFlex purchase. With MultiFlex RMS, merchants can quickly and easily see gift card balances and purchase history reports, and of course all this can be done across multi-store locations.

Managed Services

MultiFlex RMS program includes a POS managed services element, including: Remote access, Database backup, Software support, Software maintenance, Database synchronization, etc.

Managed services works in such a way that we become your IT support company, so you don’t have to deal with the technical IT part of your business.

In order to reduce the operating expenses and technical complications for our customers, we provide secure and reliable “managed services” including:

  • Synchronization Server computers with sufficient Raid resources to meet database synchronization needs, and also to provide real-time database backup within the synchronization server system.

  • Dedicated internet lines, firewall and protection against internet attacks and monitoring of such.

  • Provide external database backup system in addition to above Raid system.

  • UPS backup system for uninterrupted power backup.

  • MS SQL servers to accommodate the growing needs.

  • Monitoring of data traffic on the server side and notifying the customer if any location misses the synchronize process. “Synchronization Servers” will send such notifications as soon as an issue is detected. Immediate attention and reaction is required from the receiving parties accordingly.

  • Program maintenance/upgrades for all stores and head offices and for both the main software system and the database synchronization system.
